The Clone Foundry – Terms of Service

Welcome to The Clone Foundry! By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or interacting with our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility

You must be 21 years or older to purchase from The Clone Foundry. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you are in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws regarding the purchase and cultivation of plants.

2. Live Plant Sales

All sales of live plants are final. We do not accept returns on live plants due to their perishable nature. We stand by our Replacement Promise: if plants arrive damaged, you must send clear photos to 774-635-9258 within 24 hours of delivery. Verified claims will be eligible for replacement at no additional cost. We cannot honor replacement requests made after the 24-hour window.

3. Non-Plant Merchandise

Non-living products such as apparel or accessories may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

4. Shipping Policy

Live plants only ship Monday through Wednesday morning to avoid weekend delays. Orders placed Wednesday afternoon through Sunday will ship the following Monday through Wednesday. All live plant orders ship by overnight or one-day services. The Clone Foundry is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Use of Products

All products are sold for educational, novelty, and horticultural purposes only. Customers are responsible for knowing and complying with their local laws regarding plant possession and cultivation. The Clone Foundry is not responsible for misuse of its products.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Clone Foundry is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use or misuse of our products. In any case, our liability will not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

7. Privacy and Data Use

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is available at www.theclonefoundry.com.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to our website, with the updated effective date shown at the top of this page.
